What if...? Episode 8 "What if Ultron Won"

This is an episode i had had been looking foreward to ever since i saw the original promotion for what if where they first showed The version of ultron that they wll be using. its basically epic final boss battle ultron. where he did complete his Vision of having a perfect Biomachine body. and he then Gathered all of the infinity stones.

at first it basically follows black widown and hawkeye as they fight against ultron robots and they try to think of a way to defeat ultron.

and at the same time it shows the story of what has happened untill now, ultron killing tony stark, gaining his new synthoid body, launching nukes all across the planet, and then when thanos arrives he just hits him with the mind stone beam and just splits him in half killing thanos instantly. Ultron then of course gains all of the infinity stones and decides to bring "peace" to all worlds. by destroying all life of course.

nat and Clint find a way to maybe stop ultron. to my suprise it was zola. i didnt think they would end up bringing back zola any time soon but it does make sense hes still around and would have backups of himself around the world. that gives certain implications for the Main MCU universe. anywho their plan is to put zola in an ultron bat so that he can infect the ultron hive mind.

meanwhile the watcher is watching ultron as he goes from planet to planet killing everyone. and when he is done ultron elevates in perception and notices the watcher watching him. and goes after him efectively

nat and clint manage to put Zola in a Ultron bot and hes not able to connect. thats because ultron has already left the universe and is fighting the watcher.

and the fight is pretty epic. ultron knocks him through several universes and land in one where it seems captain america is being elected president. but thats not important.

the watcher starts getting pissed and armores up and matches ultron for a little bit but ultron is too much for him.

Watcher is able to escape and has to ask for help. he lands in strange supremes self made prison and breaks his vow and asks for his help.

i really enjoyed this episode. they portrayed Ultron more of how i feel he should have been in age of ultron. and the animation and fight scenes were pretty cool.

really looking foreward to next episode where the watcher is apparently going to be gatthering the multiverse avengers.

But for now, untill next episode, Ultron Wins
