hey home brewers
So I had the idea to see what carrot cider would taste like. I got the idea from carrot juice that they sweeten with apples. I thought to my self it would make an interesting cider.
1kg of carrots and 3 liters of cloudy apple and pear juice.
hopefully once finished this should be interesting and good brew. who doesn't like carrots in their cider????
