Though, I have explained soft skills relating to Banking career, these soft skills are equally important for your personal development that can be utilized in your personal life as well as other jobs.

Career at bank is considered one of the desired job in Nepalese context. This is because of social recognition, career growth opportunity, higher pay scale and better facilities provided by banking sector as compared to other industry.

This facilities and financial benefits are provided because banking sector is very sensitive and high quality staffs required to process various financial products. Bank should operates in highly dynamic environment so staffs should be updated to every details provided by regulator (Nepal Rastra Bank). Further, bank deals with public money and run in trust. Money is sensitive and banking sector is treated as emergency service as people's life become difficult if this service halted due to any of the reasons.

In this series I will discuss in detail 'A-Z' of banking career. Starting career, career growth, pros and cons of banking service; along with other various aspects of career in banking sector. Lately, banking career is also considered risky one.
