Defense Wins - Control the Enemy!

Описание: Many of us in Wing Chun train hard and love the system. The problem is that we don't always get the clearest instruction as to how to apply it in the real world against non-Wing Chun. In today's video we cover this critical subject and take a lot of the guess work out of it for you. The BIG idea of Wing Chun is control. This means that we have to gain positional advantage against the enemy using footwork and guard. Just running forward throwing chain punches or seeking to chi-sao with him is a recipe for a punch in the face. Learn how to use a high guard to shut down the most common strikes you'll see from the attacker. Once you do this, the rest of your Wing Chun will make perfect sense.
