Salted Fish (Kobi)
Baked Mackerel (deboned)
Beef Broth
1.5 tsp Powdered Chili pepper
1 can Tomato Sauce
Salt to taste
1 Maggi cube
1/4 cup Powdered Melon seed
4 Plum tomatoes
1/2 medium onion
1 garlic clove
Stew beef or any meat
1 cup Palm oil
