Resep Jellyfish Salad Roll (untuk 1 porsi)
Wortel, iris
Lobak, iris
Timun, kupas, iris
Paprika merah, iris
Daun ketumbar
50 gr paha ayam
30 gr jamur kuping
30 gr ubur ubur, potong
Bahan saus:
2 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm black vinegar
1 ½ sdm minyak wijen
1 sdm chili oil
1 sdt gula
Lainnya:
Lemon
Bihun
Wijen hitam
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Langkah:
1. Rebus ubur-ubur dan jamur kuping, kemudian bilas ubur-ubur hingga dua kali, tiriskan
2. Rebus ayam hingga matang,tiriskan kemudian suwir ayam
3. Untuk saus campurkan semua bahan, aduk hingga gula larut
4. Susun sayuran yang telah dipotong memanjang mulai dari lobak, wortel, timun, paprika merah, ayam, jamur kuping,ubur-ubur dan daun ketumbar kemudian gulung
5. Siapkan minyak, goreng bihun hingga mekar, tiriskan
6. Jellyfish salad roll siap disajikan

Jellyfish Salad Roll Recipe (yield 1 serving)
Carrot, sliced
Daikon, sliced
Cucumber, peeled and sliced
Red bell pepper, peeled and sliced
Cilantro
50 g chicken thigh
30 g wood ear mushroom
30 g jellyfish, sliced
Dressing ingredients:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp black vinegar
1.5 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp chili oil
1 tsp sugar
Others:
Lemon
Vermicelli
Black sesame seeds
Oil for frying
Steps:
1. Boil the jellyfish and wood ear mushroom. Rinse the jellyfish twice and drain.
2. Boil the chicken until cooked, then shred.
3. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
4. Assemble the sliced vegetables, starting from the daikon, carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, chicken, wood ear mushroom, jellyfish, and cilantro. Then, roll it.
5. Prepare the oil and fry the vermicelli until it expands. Set aside.
6. Jellyfish Salad Roll is ready to serve.
