Lebanese death toll rises to 380 since ceasefire, as Israel's aggression devastates health sector

Описание: Lebanese Minister of Health, Rakan Nassereddine, announced that the number of casualties in Lebanon caused by Israel's aggression has risen to 1502 since a ceasefire was brokered between the two countries by the US last month. Of these, 380 were killed and 1122 wounded.

Nassereddine added that 108 health workers have been killed by Israel's aggression, and 20 hospitals were attacked or forced to close.

He hihlighted how the aggression impacts all organisations working in the health sector, naming the Red Cross, the Civil Defence, the Islamic Health Committee, the Risala Scouts, and the Nabatieh Medics.

SInce March 2nd, when Israel renewed its attacks on Lebanon after the war on Iran started, the death toll has risen to 2,882 with an additional 8,768 injured.
