The quarantine project during 2020 lockdown for me (Jeff, the video guy and founder of VeganLinked) was to purchase a house in proximity to Dr. Garth Davis to setup a small studio where he could come in and shine. After only only about 5 videos in things changed for Dr. Davis causing him to move back to Houston where he and his family are originally from. I had met Dr. Garth Davis at least 3 years ago at a festival in Asheville. We hung out after his talk, I even did a little video with him at "The Block Off Biltmore" where he's being quizzed with Vegan Evan by Evan's mom, Shannon. I later found my way into videographing Dr. Garth Davis at Plant Restaurant    • plant Vegan Restaurant in Asheville NC   and this video turned out pretty great.

Lisa on the other hand I met prior to meeting Garth, in fact the first vegan video I did was at her brewery at the time, Sanctuary Brewing. This was a chili cookoff competition fundraiser for Full Circle Farms:    • Sanctuary Brewing Company "Chili Cook-off"...

So, when I heard Garth was moving I stayed on him to let me do few more videos while I still have a chance before he's gone. Lisa has been doing so incredibly well interviewing people that I of course had to ask her to get in the mix and she nailed it in this priceless encounter between the two.
