In this episode, Logan and Tyson welcome Jessie Hansen back to the show. Jessie is the founder of Kindest Kid in the World, a program built around teaching kids kindness, resilience, and leadership through service and self-awareness.

Jessie shares more of her personal story—from growing up with trauma, bullying, and body dysmorphia to eventually becoming a social worker, educator, and founder of a global kindness initiative. She explains how pain often creates what she calls the “hate cycle,” where hurt people unintentionally pass that hurt on to others, and why breaking that cycle has to start with how we teach kids to understand themselves and each other.

The conversation explores the importance of giving children healthy coping tools, modeling emotional repair and boundaries as parents, and helping kids discover purpose through acts of service and kindness. Jessie also shares the growing impact of the Kindest Kid program, including new outreach efforts around the world and the ways families can nominate children to be recognized through the program.
