After an ally character uses an Ultimate or Follow-Up ATK, adds 1 hit(s) to "Memory Turbulence," stacking up to 15 hit(s). At the start of each Cycle, each hit of "Memory Turbulence" deals 1 instance of True DMG to one random enemy target.
