The game runs flawlessly at 60 fps with virtually zero FPS drops, would advise keeping the resolution native and only using FSR for upscaling which keeps the game running bug free and smooth while sharpening the image nicely and scaling it beautifully for 4K viewing.

Would highly recommend using Xenia Manager which is a UI extension/add-on for Xenia that makes setting up your games much easier.

Before any questions arise about you experiencing any sound glitches, make sure you are on the latest version of Xenia, ensure your game version is the European one and that you enable the patches "Disable post processing" and "Skip audio loop stuck code" and keep the resolution native ( 1280x720) and only apply FSR or CAS for up-scaling.
