HILL REPEATERS!!
You that have been following me probably know by now that I LOVE running both up hill and especially DOWNHILL.
This time it was time to do a bit of both on my favourite trails in Marka forest.
With me was Anna, who also is one of the instructors from Team Nordic Trail. Together we ran 6 different trails and giving it all we had up and down, up and down again.
The heart was pumping like crazy and the legs was burning. But boy it was so much fun at the same time. Hill repeaters are my favourite :D
