Meet our loan client, Mulberry Moon Farm and learn about what their Fair Finance Fund loan has helped them accomplish in 2019.
To re-start their farm operation at a new location, Mulberry Moon Farm applied to the Fair Finance Fund for capital to dig a new well, build a pack house, purchase equipment and more to kick start their operation within their very first season. As a result they had a successful 2019 including a mentorship with an expert farmer who came for site visits and helped with soil tests, a 38-member CSA, regular farmers' market stand, built infrastructure and grew some incredible sustainably-grown food, all while raising a one-year old.
