Yennam Srinivas Reddy holds two Post-graduation degrees Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Personnel Management (PPM). He started his career as Government Employee in Revenue Department. Over a decade of government service, he has discharged excellent service in various responsible capacities. He left the service in 2002 and joined the Telangana movement. From 2002 onwards he worked on various issues, rights and upliftment pertaining to problem of the people in the district.

In 2007, he has also contested as MLC Candidate from Hyderabad -- Ranga Reddy --Mahabubnagar Graduates Constituency and narrowly lost the election. In 2007, he was appointed as Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Mahabubnagar District President.

After taking charge as District President, he worked day-in and day-out in various developmental programs and attracted more youth into Telangana movement. He made entire Mahabubnagar district as the main bastion of Telangana agitation. He was involved many programs like Palamoor Lift Irrigation Project which will provide water for 10 lakhs acres of irrigation lands in Mahabubnagar district.

In 2009, he deferred with TRS Chief, Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao and left the party along with some of close associates and colleagues. Then he formed Yuva Telangana Joint Action Committee and attracted thousands of youth into Telangana movement.

As Yuva Telangana JAC Leader, he organized Telangana Jataras to showcase arts, crafts and culture of Telangana to the entire world. He organized these Jataras successfully both at Hyderabad and New Delhi and got wide acclaim.

Yennam Srinivas has close rapport with the people of Mahabubnagar with constant developmental works, social activities, programs, etc. Today, Yennam Srinivas Reddy is considered to be one of the most promising, young and dynamic politicians in entire Mahabubnagar district.

Yennam Srinivas Reddy's ultimate goals are: Formation of Telangana State
Completion of Palamoor Lift Irrigation Project which will fetch water for 10 Lakh acres of irrigation lands in Mahabubnagar district. He is destined to create change in politics of Mahabubnagar and the lives of citizens of Mahabubnagar constituency. Yennam Srinivas Reddy as a Contestant from Bharatiya Janata Party is in the fray of By-Polls. Victory is surely on his way.
