In rice cooker place 2 tbsp chopped onions n garlic . 1 tbsp olive oil , 1 cup chopped chorizo, 1 cup sliced bell peppers , 1/2 tsp mccormick turmeric , 1 tsp mccormick smoked paprika , 1 tsp mccormick Spanish paprika , 1 tsp oregano , 1 tsp mccormick sea salt , then add layer 10 pieces fish fillet chunks ( skin on ) , 8 pieces whole med shrimp ( skin on ) . Turn on rice cooker n Let sautée .
pour in 2 cups rice and carefully pour in 2 1/2 cups water . ( don’t mix because you want your fish n shrimp to stay at the bottom. ( you may use adlai instead w 5 cups water ) .. then cover n let cook. Once rice cooker pops up , your paella is done!
( don’t worry if you feel your adlai is still uncooked just add more water n let cook again.
Then in a med sized paellera , layer your finished dish !
Rice first , then carefully scoop out fish n prawns for topping . Then garnish top w sliced bell peppers, blanched peas and french beans and finally a hard boiled egg!! 2 sliced Calamansi ! Enjoy!!!
