The sidewalk of this home had a MAJOR issue.
With the concrete falling towards the house and finishing above the weep holes, if left untreated it would have led to mould, rising damp and possibly even structural damage.
As always we were really careful around all the services and pipes with no damage, leaving it ready for the owners to fix their drainage issues and redo their sidewalk.
