Most Jedi within the order operate as public peace keepers in the galaxy helping those in need and serving the light side of the force in any way possible. There are those Jedi however that have deviated from the more conventional role that many of the other peacekeepers have adopted throughout the stars. The Jedi shadows are one faction within the Jedi order that has taken a different and in some point of view extreme stance against the dark side of the force.
