FIVE NOs is a pinnacle scene in the opera. A woman is angry she has been resuscitated from her heart attack.

The opera Ambuscade is a ghost story which explores relationship challenges through the surreal metaphor of ambulance drivers.
The opera combines folk styles with electronic music, avant garde chamber music idioms, and Japanese shamisen music.
The project has been supported by The Robert Salzer Foundation and the Australian Government through Revive Live.
