Описание: CURRY PORK RIBS WITH EGGPLANT

INGREDIENTS:
*PORK RIBS
*POTATOES
*EGGPLANT
*CURRY SAUCE
*OIL
*GINGER
*GARLIC
*WATER
*SOY SAUCE
*SALT
*SUGAR

PROCEDURE:
1. BLANCHE Pork Ribs in 2 minutes to remove bubbles, drain and wash with running water.

2. Heat pan, put oil, saute ginger, garlic and add pork ribs. Stir fry until golden brown. Add water salt, sugar, soy sauce and simmer until tender. When the ribs is tender add potatoes, next eggplant, curry sauce and simmer until creamy.

3. Serve with Love 💞
