Why didn't I know this method for Christmas Bread before? You'll be amazed by the result
Ingredients:
200 ml lukewarm milk
50 g sugar
5 g yeast
2 eggs, one yolk for the napkin
1/2 teaspoon salt
500 to 550 g sifted flour
Ingredients inside the bread
2 to 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons raisins
3 tablespoons brown raisins
3 tablespoons crushed walnuts
Grated lemon peel
Mix the ingredients and knead and let it rest for an hour and a half, then take the puff of dough and knead it, open the dough and shape it, then let it rest for another 30 minutes, then cover it with a napkin and bake in the oven at 165 for 35 to 40 minutes
