My quarantine challenge...
I'm excited to share about a goal I've been working on super consistently the past 7 months. It's actually been a pursuit over the past 3.5 years, but when the gyms shut down in March, I decided to double down as I shifted workouts back to outdoor calisthenics training.
I set a goal to hit 10 "strict", consecutive mucle-ups.
As you can see in the video, it took a couple years to even hit 1 strict repetition (with arms extended, no swinging, no kipping, and keeping legs locked) so it was going to take some major effort to hit 10.
