Cornflakes Mixture- Chudva
Ingredients:-
Dry Cornflakes - 1 cup
Poha - 1 cup
Peanuts- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts - 1 tb spn
Curd Chillies- 6
Curry leaves- 4 sprigs
Oil - For Deep Fry
Method:-
In medium hot oil deep fry peanuts, cashew nuts, poha, cornflakes, curd chillies, curry leaves one by one in small batches as shown. Now toss them all with the special spice powde. Toss it till everything is coated with masala.
Special Masala for cornflakes mixture.
Ingredients:-
Chilli powder- 1 tb spn
Roasted cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Citric acid - Pinch
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Grind all the above ingredients in a mixer grinder and use it for sprinkler in many snack dishes.
