GIving Lady Sovereign's "I Got You Dancing" a shot on hard mode in Dance Central. It's a really fun routine with plenty of static moves between higher impact dancing to help you catch your breath. It does recycle quite a bit of choreo from the game's original tracks and is a little repetitive, but otherwise it's got good moves and the transitions make sense. It's available as downloadable content on XBOX Live for $3.
(I finally got a two camera setup working for both the dancing and the screen. It's little more than an aging Canon PowerShot and a Macbook Pro, but it works!)
