SIX TIPS TO HELP YOUR HOME RUN SMOOTHER 🩷

Описание: I really hope these tips can help mothers like myself get some structure within the home. By no means do I have it all together and figured out, but there was a time where my oldest wouldn't take a nap until 5-6 pm, then up all night, it was just horrible. Constantly on and off of having a routine, it was a mess.. draining.. and dark because them spirits of not having order. 😩 Now I know we're not robots, so I'm not saying your day should look the same with the same time exactly every single day, but it's good to generally aim to have a consistent famiar routine within the same time frame. Kids THRIVE off structure and you my dear mama are who they look up to.

I'm not telling mothers how to raise their children, but just encouraging us to be better and sharing my experience with you all. 🩷🫶🏾 Sometimes we constantly talk about being overwhelmed, overstimulated, stretched then, but did we stop to think maybe it's because of us? We pour everything into our home but pour nothing back into us. So get up earlier before your children to pour into you and to start the day off on the right foot with a clear mind and time to think without kids pulling at you and crying lol, have a routine so you can have quiet time during the day while they nap & when they're sleep.

If you see a mess, clean it. Don't let things pile up. As mothers and homemakers, it's our job to teach our children not to live in a mess, how to have structure, so when they're older.. they don't depart from it and they also really need structure for their nervous system.
