This video shows the difference between the pcc and rcc. Pcc stands for plain cement concrete and Rcc stands for reinforced cement cocnrete. In PCC there is no steel present while in RCC there is steel present. PCC is strong in compression and weak in tension. RCC is strong in compression and in tension as well.
