Описание: Welcome to week #109 in our series, and today we look at the second of methods for training attack in ‘Chi Sau’ practice, the ‘Paak Sau’ attack. Basically, this is the same combination of the ‘Paak Sau’ & ‘Faak Sau’ action that we employed in the ‘Seung Ma/Tui Ma’ drill a few weeks ago, but in this instance, it is done offensively rather than as a defensive action because we are now training it an an aggressive attacking entry so as to break thru our training partner’s defence and create an opening for a series of attacking actions. In next week’s segment, we will add even more details about this attack and how it can be used outside of the ‘Chi Sau’ environment.
