A Bangladeshi migrant who entered Britain illegally nearly three decades ago has won the right to challenge his deportation again.
Munna Miah says he fears persecution in Bangladesh due to alleged ties to the Bangladesh Nationalist Party. His asylum claim was previously rejected by the Home Office, but a tribunal judge ruled legal errors were made and ordered the case to be reheard, meaning the long-running immigration battle continues after 28 years.
