Prashant Ramakrishna is a 15 year old activist from Shanghai, China. He is the CEO of "Unheard Voices" and is the leader of the Bottle Boat Initiative. He has spoken to thousands of people throughout South Africa and Singapore and has appeared on Fox news and other US Networks. His organization fights for an economically, socially, industrially stable world. He is able to relate to varying international perspectives as he has lived in a number of countries, and is now in the 10th grade in The Shanghai America School. In his talk, he speaks of how the influence of change on power is disrupting the revolution.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
