KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) is an entrance examination conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) for admission to various professional courses in Kerala. For admission to the B.Arch program, candidates need to appear for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and obtain a valid NATA score.
The NATA score is one of the factors that are considered for the preparation of the KEAM rank list. The rank list is prepared based on the following formula:
KEAM Index Score = [(200% of aggregate marks in in the qualifying examination i.e +2 ) + [NATA score)
The KEAM Index Score is used to determine the rank of the candidates for admission to the B.Arch program. The candidates are ranked in the order of their index score, with the highest scorer being ranked first.
In summary, the NATA score is given 50% weightage in the KEAM Index Score formula, and the final rank is determined based on the KEAM Index Score.
