Pumpkin Loaf with Cream Cheese Icing 🎃🍂
Dry ingredients
1 & 1/3 cup of gf flour (regular flour is okay too)
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp of pumpkin spice
Wet ingredients
15 oz of pumpkin puree
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Add the dry to the wet slowly (Do not over mix)
Cream Cheese Icing
8 oz of cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1/8 cup heavy cream
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Bake for 60-70 mins @ 350F
