Joint Venture CEO Russell Hancock presented a comprehensive briefing on the 2026 Silicon Valley Index at the annual State of the Valley conference February 27. The briefing was broken out into two parts: Economy and Community. Rather than employ panelists, Hancock enlisted regional luminaries to contribute to dialogue in their area of expertise. Clark Barrett from Stanford University joined Hancock onstage during the Economy briefing.
