Описание: During an excursion in to the loft NP found some very old, mostly scrap toy trains. After a lot of tinkering, most were restored, and are seen here running on "Sharpcurves". 1952 sees the original 6-inch LMS 1st and 3rd class coaches now with Tri-ang type IIa couplings, and a new 7-inch coach in BR red and cream. In 1953 the 7-inch coach was released in Southern region green. 1955 adds an operating TPO to the range with type IIb couplings. 1956 sees the introduction of 9-inch coaches with red and cream composite and brake, and red suburban composite and brake. Anyone interested in Tri-ang Railways should read Pat Hammond's book "The Story of Rovex" volume 1 1950 - 1965.
