Pre-Training Tips for runDisney's Goofy and Dopey Challenge

Описание: Here's some tips and suggestions on how you can have an amazing Goofy or Dopey Challenge experience! (Throughout the video, I mostly say Dopey, but training for Goofy is just as major.) Enjoy and I hope this is helpful!

NOTES AND CORRECTIONS:
For Jeff Galloway's plan, for two weeks you will add an extra walk, meaning there could be up to five runs and/or walks.
