This drill teaches the players how to run block and it teaches them how to compete! It's also very fun when coaches and players get into it.
Coaching Points:
1. Fire-out. Get off the football.
2. Hands Inside- Hands inside, thumbs up.
3. Sink the Hips and Sky the Eyes.
4. Wide Base, Drive with Choppy Steps.
5. Finish the Block. Compete!
