Character Description: Mizore Shirayuki
Mizore is a yuki onna, a snow woman from Japanese mythology. She can control the element of ice and create ice clones of herself. In her true form her hair and hands turn into ice and she can throw ice projectiles. She always has a lollipop in her mouth to keep her body cool (yuki onna fear the heat).

After a delayed absence, Mizore returns to school and shows an immediate infatuation with Tsukune Aono. Her affections border on being a stalker because Mizore has kept a scrapbook with all of his newspaper articles. She likes Tsukune because she feels that they are both loners in need of companionship.

After Tsukune unintentionally rejects her feelings, Kotsubo-sensei finds her crying and attacks her. In self-defense Mizore freezes him. Everyone thinks that Mizore had attacked him unprovoked. Tsukune finds her on a cliff edge and tells her that if she apologizes to Kotsubo that she won't be expelled. Mizore becomes angry and whips up an ice storm.

In the club room Ginei shows Yukari, Moka, and Kurumu pictures of Kotsubo attacking Mizore and Mizore defending herself. They find Mizore and Tsukune. Mizore falls off the cliff and Tsukune grabs onto her hand and tells her that they are friends. Mizore loses control of her ice clones and Moka turns into the Inner Moka. When Mizore refuses to thank the Inner Moka for saving her, Inner Moka kicks Mizore. Back at the club room Nekonome-sensei is thanking the Newspaper Club for preventing Mizore from being expelled. Mizore shows up revealing her now short haircut.

Mizore usually has a cold, lonely person but she eventually warms up to the others.
