Tikal was once the best character in the game, with Captive Light carrying many to easy wins, but then Captive Light got one of the biggest nerfs in SFSB history - a damage removal. Also her boost was nerfed slightly. How does she fare after these nerfs? Though Captive Light isn't good for anything other than stopping boosts now, I think she's at least usable, but definitely on the lower ends of Super Rares. Chao Guardians are low key very good projectiles once you get in the proper range.
