Описание: The sermon argues that while Ecclesiastes describes the futility of life “under the sun,” true meaning is found only by living “under the Son”—under Christ’s rule and in light of eternity. Wealth, possessions, and earthly success are unreliable and ultimately unsatisfying, so believers should use their money to love others rather than serve themselves, recognising that ethical choices reflect God’s generosity. Since life is fragile and everything can be lost, Christians are urged to store up treasure in heaven through faith, compassion, and obedience, not by clinging to earthly prosperity. Even when suffering or injustice occurs, God remains good, working for the good of those who love him, so Christians can entrust their lives to him daily. Ultimately, meaning, purpose, and hope are found not in life “under the sun” but in following Christ, whose resurrection reveals a greater reality and an eternal future; therefore, turn to Jesus, live for him, and let your life, money, and commitments reflect his kingdom.
