How to set up the Chattanooga Vectra Genisys to do Combo with Ultrasound and PreMod or HiVolt. Video by Dr. Makani Lew, DC, DACRB. 5m1s
How to Set it up:
1) Select Combination
2) Set the Ultrasound settings
3) Select Waveform to pick the stim type- use either Hi Volt or PreMod (Medium Frequency)
4) Go to Edit Stim and set the frequency (no need for cycle time since the US head will be moving)
5) Plug the Dispersive pad into channel 2 BLACK
6) Place the larger Dispersive pad somewhere else on the body (remember the US head is the active pad and will emit stim and US)
7) Turn up the stim intensity first to a contraction of the patient's tolerance
8) Switch back to the US screen with Channel Select
9) Start moving the US head, hit START, and increase the US intensity
