Tis the season for a immunity boost so preparing a hot tea to help nurse immunity.
Ingredients used: Apple, Ginger, Garlic, Lemon, Cayenne, Honey, Cinnamon.
Bring to a boil for approximately 20 min. Steep for 20 min. Let tea cool for a couple hours before transferring to mason jar. Transfer to mason jar. Give it a good granny stir, lightly place lid and let tea sit for few hours before serving. Can refrigerate and serve hot or cold the next day.
As for the minced garlic, honey, cinnamon and cayenne (I typically take a teaspoon and swallow then sip on tea) for a full boost win.
