Echo Chamber recording is a unique recording technique to get the reverb of a source in a hollow enclosure. The Casteless Collective's Percussion unit were placed in 4 different corners of Egmore Museum theater and the entire theater was mic'ed and the whole album was recorded in a day.
We would like to thank Ms.Kavita Ramu I.A.S from Egmore Museum Theatre for providing the space.
We would like to thank the team from Krimson Avenue Studios,Prithvi Chandrashekar, MT Aditya Srinivasan. and Vishnu for delivering a world class sound quality.
The Casteless Collective will be launching the Debut album "Magizhchi" ( 8 song album ) on 31st December 2018 followed by a Performance.
The launch will happen at Vaanam Arts Festival 29,30,31 December 2018 at St.Ebbas School, Mylapore ( opposite New Woodlands Hotel, Cathedral Road)
