• David and Heidi hosted roundtables with colleagues from across the enterprise as they defined our four values: We care. We innovate with purpose. We are accountable. We prioritize safety and quality. “They go both outward towards our customers and patients and they go inwards” towards fellow colleagues, Heidi explains.
