Today I was in Mooresville, North Carolina and stumbled up the Briarhill Apartment Complex. I can’t verify that name because there is no signage. The apartments have been sitting nearly vacant for 2 years due to financial issue with the Builder/Investor. During my Vlog, I spoke with a gentleman that lives there and he told me is is only the second tenant. He was very open and honest about the the place.
This video is for educational purposes and to have a better understanding of the current state in the housing market.
