Mint leaves few
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Lime juice 1/2
For Rice
Basmati rice 500 gm
Eilachi 2
Cloves 2
Cinnamon stick 1/2 inch
Shah Zeera 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves few
Mint leaves few
Ghee 2 tsp
Lime juice 1/2
Lemon food colouring 3 pinch
