Trading multi-year breakouts involve targeting stocks surpassing long-term resistance levels. Key requirements for adding stocks to your watchlist include favorable indicators like Relative Strength (RS), SuperTrend, and Moving Average. Once a breakout is confirmed by increased volume and sustained price movement, traders enter positions and set stop-loss orders below the breakout level to manage risk.
