Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned Multi-Hitch Clevis and Pintle Hook Combo with the 3 Hitch Balls for 2 Inch Hitches. Has a 10,000 pound maximum gross towing weight capacity. Now this ball mount here will let you hook up your trailer to your tow vehicle. The shank portion right here is what'll slide into your 2 inch hitch receiver, and it'll secure into your hitch receiver with either a pin and a clip or a hitch lock.

Now those items are not included. We do sell those separately. It does have a hitch pin hole diameter size of 5/8 of an inch. Now, if you notice, it has the three different size hitch balls. This will provide the connection point for a regular trailer coupler.

Has the smallest one in 7/8 inch diameter. Next size up is the 2 inch diameter, and then right here is the 2 5/16 inch diameter. Now the other feature it offers on this, if we flip it all the way over, you'll see that it gives you a 2-Tang clevis with this removable pin. It is designed to couple with either a lunette ring or a clevis hitch application. The diameter on this clevis pin is 7/8 of an inch, and you'll just take your clip and clip it into place to hold it in there.

And then when you're not using it, you just unclip it, pull out the pin, and then you can use it in any other position you need. Now this is also a cushioned design ball mount because it offers a polyurethane interior cushion on the inside here that'll act as a shock absorber, reducing bounce and rhythmic vibration. So it'll help protect your tow vehicle's drive line and hitch assembly as well as the trailer's contents. This is a sturdy steel construction. Has a nice corrosion-resistant powder coat finish on it.

Again, the application, this will fit a 2 inch by 2 inch trailer hitch receiver. Now the capacities on this hitch is gonna depend on what ball size you use. So if you use either the largest 2 5/16 ball, or if you use the 2-Tang clevis, you'll have a 10,000 pound gross towing weight capacity and a 1,000 pound tongue weight capacity. If you use the 2-inch ball, which is this one here, that's gonna get you a 5,000 pound gross towing weight capacity and a 1,000 pound tongue weight. And if you flip it to use the smallest ball, the 1 7/8 inch, 2,000 pound capacity, and a 1,000 pound tongue weight. The last measurement I want to give you is the length, and the length is always measured from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the hitch balls. So, on this one, if we go center to the center of the hitch ball is right at 7 inches for the length.
