Held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan Cultural Centre, this year's meeting was themed "Inclusive Human Development for Viksit Bharat @2047", focusing on improving well-being across age groups, regions, genders and socio-economic backgrounds.

Key discussions centered on entrepreneurship, skill development, sustainable employment generation, Digital Public Infrastructure, governance convergence, strategic partnerships and data-driven policymaking. The council also reviewed mechanisms for tracking short-, medium- and long-term development outcomes with greater accountability.

Several prominent leaders attended the meeting, including Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, West Bengal Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam chief C. Joseph Vijay, Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar, Congress leader V.D. Satheesan, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and other senior cabinet ministers.
