Victorian health authorities say the new coronavirus infections are linked to the cluster associated with a Thai restaurant at Black Rock in Melbourne's Bayside suburbs.
There are now 32 active cases in Victoria - 21 of those infections are directly linked to the restaurant.
More than 22 thousand tests were undertaken yesterday, with long delays again being experienced at testing sites today due to the high demand.
