After conducting fake acting auditions to lure victims, Kadusko and his team continue their illegal organ trafficking business. Terry, a young aspiring actress, attends one of the auditions and later wakes up in the hospital, only to discover that one of her kidneys has been stolen. As her devastated mother reports the crime to the police, guilt begins to haunt a corrupt officer who had been helping the criminals.

When pressure from the police forces Kadusko to consider quitting the business, his partners betray him and leave him for dead after removing his organ. However, Kadusko survives, and the police use the situation to uncover the truth behind the operation, leading to the arrest of the remaining traffickers and the collapse of the organ trafficking ring.
