This quiet walking video begins near Jakko-in Temple and continues along the traditional approach to Sanzen-in Temple in the mountains of northern Kyoto.
Inside the Sanzenin temple grounds, you can enjoy the beautiful moss garden while walking through the peaceful temple area. Small water channels flow through the garden, and the charming Warabe Jizo statues appear gently surrounded by moss, creating a uniquely Kyoto atmosphere.
The walk continues through forest paths and ends at the quiet Otonashi Waterfall.
Ohara is known for its tranquil temples, beautiful nature, and relaxing atmosphere away from the busy city of Kyoto.
