Can this BIG NAS do EVERYTHING?

Описание: Today I'm taking a look at a really big NAS! In theory this could replace all of the servers in my homelab, but is it worthy of that title?

SL-R12: 12x 3.5" Hot Swap Drive Bays w/ SATA
SL-D12: 12x 3.5" Hot Swap Drive Bays w/ SATA
SL-R12 Pro: 12x 3.5" Hot Swap Drive Bays w/ SATA+SAS, 4 support U.2/U.3 NVMe
SL-D12 Pro: 12x 3.5" Hot Swap Drive Bays w/ SATA+SAS, 8 support U.2/U.3 NVMe
Included HBA is SATA (not SAS) for all models, Pro models include separate PLX card for NVMe

Case is short-depth (14"/355mm) x 6 rack units tall
Intel i5-13500 CPU w/ 6 P-cores and 8 E-cores for 20 total threads
40 total PCIe lanes, of which 16x are gen 5, 16x gen 4, and 8x gen 3, and all slots in separate IOMMU groups
Includes 16G (non-Pro) or 32G (Pro) ECC DDR5, supports up to 128G
